About me
Hello there, and welcome to my blog! My name is Jonathan, and I’m a proud Mexican American currently living in Chicago. I have always had a strong passion for technology and problem-solving, which led me to pursue a career in information technology. I originally began my academic journey at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), where I studied computer science. Recently, I transferred to the University of Arizona Global Campus (UAGC) to continue my education in a more flexible and personalized online learning environment.
This blog is a reflection of my journey as a student in the Information Technology program at UAGC. I created it as a space to explore key tech topics, share my thoughts, and document the learning process. My goal is to engage with others who are passionate about IT and to grow both academically and professionally through research, writing, and open dialogue.
My areas of interest include software development, network security, and emerging technologies like artificial intelligence and blockchain. I’m also fascinated by the way technology can impact society, create opportunities, and solve real-world problems. Eventually, I hope to work in a role where I can help design and manage systems that improve efficiency, protect data, and empower users.
Through this blog, I hope to sharpen my communication skills, build a portfolio of insights, and contribute meaningfully to the broader tech community. Thank you for visiting, and I hope you find the content engaging and informative as we explore the world of technology together.
